Danny is one of the youngest DJ/Producers to crack the East
Anglian club
scene. Aged just 21 and based in Kings Lynn; Danny has accomplished a great
deal in lightning time for his tender years.
After starting at a young age, performing at local youth events, illegal's
and the odd house party he gained his 1 st residency with an up-and-coming
promotion called Bo-ing in Norwich in November 2003 and soon won over
the
Norwich Hard Dance fraternity. In January 2004 Danny was headhunted for
a
'Pams Idol' DJ competition which put him up against some of the best
Hard
House/ Hard Trance DJ's in the Region.
Danny took the Competition & 1st
prize in his stride as his raw flare for
Dj'ing and entertaining plainly outshone the other competitors.
Danny is a purely a crowd pleaser, his tune selection and ability to
read a
crowd is far beyond his years while his interaction with his audience
and
larger than life antics behind (and in front) of the decks is quite
unique as he provides first class visual entertainment. You wont need
dancers or entertainers when Mr Burch is around!!
He has become reknown for his scratching but has an awesome all round
technical talent and has already moved into production.
His 1st big club experience was won in the competition as Danny played
his
first Pams House gig at Zest in Ipswich (previously Club UK/Hollywoods)
and
after just 1 year on the Norwich scene was soon offered a high profile
Pams
House residency
This springboarded Danny's career and he has since enjoyed playing alongside
the likes of Tissera, Lashes, BK, Pin Up and most recently a back to
back
headline set with "Tidy Trax" Ben Kaye. Pams House are so
confident in the
youngster that they have had the confidence to run residents nights in
Big
venues without the security of headlining guests.
Following his success at Pams; Danny got his second residency with Atomic
the longest running Hard House night in Peterborough, where has brought
in
record numbers when headlining and has featured all over East Anglia
and
further a field , with various promotions such as Summit4 - Birmingham;
Beatsabangin Ipswich; Tek-nology Cambridge/Lowestoft; Bosh and Stuff
Norwich and Treatment Lowestoft.
Danny's production career began in a studio with Ben Kaye (Oct 05')
and a
tune called "Devils work" was completed after just one day
and subsequently
signed by Equilibrium Records while his 1st ever production "Revolution
909"
made it to NO.1 on 'Tidy Digital' and was regularly played out by the
likes
of Tidy Boys, Lisa Pin-Up, Kevin Energy and Shawn M. It has featured
on
various compilations including Wildchilds first album, Lisa Pin Ups M8
Mix
and has been shortlisted for the next 'Lashed' album, so fingers crossed!
Danny has more dates booked in the studio with Ben during 2006, so watch
